How It Works
In a medical emergency situation the availability of essential medical information could be the difference between life and death. What medication is the patient taking? What medical conditions do they have? Do they have any allergies? First Responders can provide the best possible care by knowing all of this information and QR LifeSupport’s patent pending system provides all this information and a lot more.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
|The QRLifeSupport kit includes a laser-engraved, waterproof, non-allergenic, silicone bracelet, as well as a plastic emergency card for your wallet. You have the option of selecting one of 6 colors, or a custom branded bracelet that proudly displays the name of a designated sponsor/charity at no additional fee. A portion of the purchase price will be donated to the charity of your choice.
There is a one-time charge of $19.95 per bracelet which includes one year of service and shipping and handling. After the first year, you will be charged an annual $9.95 renewal fee. The bracelet is covered by a lifetime free replacement policy.
Simple and Easy to Use
You will receive in the mail a waterproof, Silicon Bracelet and Emergency Wallet Card personalized with your own 6-digit security code. Setting up your account is a simple 3 step process. 1- Enter your activation code, 2 – create your account, 3 – Enter your medical information. It’s that simple.
QR LifeSupport does not store your entire medical record — just your essential health profile, like allergies, medications, photograph, basic personal information, and your emergency contacts. And since your information can be updated by you as often as needed, you will never need to replace you bracelet or wallet card.
QR LifeSupport Emergency Profiles are password protected and secured on our fully HIPAA-compliant servers.
Essential Medical Information Fast
First Responders are trained to first look for medical alert bracelets, but with QR LifeSupport they now have access to so much more essential information than the traditional one or two word bracelets. They will have access to:

- Special Instructions
All they have to do is scan your QR LifeSupport bracelet or Emergency Wallet Card with their Smartphone. Input your unique 6-digit security code located (behind or under the QR Code) and your information is viewable right on the Smartphone, in just seconds.
